    In 2011, NZ voted on whether to keep MMP, and on the system that might replace it. The detail, political sensitivity, and need to balance clarity with complete impartiality, were huge challenges for a 6-month information campaign.

    But smart crafting of both channels, and content, led to results far above expectations, and widespread support from vital commentators and stakeholders.
